Profound, comprehensive Yijin Jing Qigong course

I have not yet completed the full Yijin Jing Qigong course, but I would like to give some feedback. I really like the program Marco has put together! He presents the content in a well-founded and sympathetic way, often with great landscapes in the background of his videos.

Both, the course structure and its scope surprised me in a positive way. The 60 lessons include the following topics, among others: The concept of Qi, basics about Dan Tian and Mingmen, standing postures, meditation, breathing, relaxation, stretching, the small heavenly circle, the positions of Daojia Yijin Jing and Xiongshi Yijin Jing.

The practical and consecutive exercises are well explained and complemented by theoretical foundations. The online course allows me to practice at flexible times and according to my individual training progress. I consider my body awareness to be good enough to correctly assume the presented positions based on the explanations. In addition, I often practice in front of a large mirror and control my posture.

Personally, the regular training helps me to feel better and more relaxed, it strengthens my body awareness and my mind becomes calmer. I can recommend this course to anyone who would like to go deeper into Yijin Jing Qigong training to improve their physical and mental well-being.
