The Taoist and Xiongshi Yijin Jing is a very effective Qigong method that combines the principles of body development with the practice of Zhan Zuang Gong (Standing Pole Meditation). This Qigong system allows you to gain and maintain good health, develop a strong body and an excellent body/qi- awareness. “Muscle and Tendon Transformation Qigong” promotes an active deep-relaxation and combines it with different physical exercises and postures. The Yijin Jing helps you to regain viatlity and robustness by creating a tendon-quality in the tissues of your body.

This exercise is great to open the chest cavity, lower back and to learn the basic Qigong principles. It's great to unbind tissues around the lungs (and side rib cage) which will help deepen the breath. You can fight fatigue, short breath and anxiety. Additionally you're lubricating your shoulder joints, supplying them with nutrients and dissolving chronic tension in the shoulder, upper back and chest.
