Yijin Jing Qigong (Muscle and Tendon Transformation Qigong) is an effective method to facilitate healing through deep relaxation, regain vitality and robustness and increasing inner power and strength. It is suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Over time it can transform even the smallest framed individual into a healthy and strong person. This is an extensive Qigong program suitable for a complete novice but also advanced practitioner. We start with building a strong foundation of Qigong and then continue with the Taoist method from Tiantai Shan and the Xiong family method of the Yijin Jing. Both methods are closely following the authentic Yijin Jing principles in combination with Zhan Zhuang Gong (Standing Pole Exercises).
