I am getting a lot of benefit from the Yijin Jing training. The video presentations have a very high level of professionalism and flow one to the other in an organized fashion.Both the sound and light qualities are great. Added to the videos the attached notes are a course in themselves. They complement  each other nicely.I like it that both the written and video materials seem to anticipate my questions for each step and stage of training. There is so much information yet it is provided in capsulated fashion so as not to be too daunting. I am able to review topics or return to work on practices from previous session as I go forward in the progression thus not feeling like I am getting stuck. I highly recommend this training and in fact have forwarded some of your blog materials that explain the topics in order to excite a few of my Qigong friends looking for additional training.
