Having explored various qigong practices on Youtube, I knew something wasn't clicking. Fortunately, I stumbled onto the online academy of Water Dragon Arts. The curriculum Marco has set up grounds you in the fundamentals, giving you the details and insights to actually experience your body transforming through the practice! There is so much material to explore, and it is arranged to help you progress sensibly and at your own pace. Most importantly, Marco is a phenomenal teacher who consistently anticipates and corrects a problem at the exact moment my posture is drifting out of alignment: it really does make it feel like an in person tutorial (and he's available via email if extra help is needed, too). All in all, I highly recommend it!
